One-Step Sparring: left side

6. Low Punch
Step back with left foot into Front Stance. Do right-hand Low Block, left-hand Middle Punch, left foot Front Snap Kick.

7. Middle Punch
Slide right 45 degrees into Horseback Stance. Do right-hand Outside-to-Inside Middle Block, left-hand Middle Punch, right-hand High Punch.

8. Middle Punch
Step back with right foot into Back Stance. Do a left-hand Outside-to-Inside Middle Block, left foot side kick.

9. Middle Punch
Slide left 45 degrees into Horseback Stance. Do a right Single Knife Hand Block (inside to outside), left hand Middle Punch, right hand High Punch.

10. High Punch
Step back with left foot into Front Stance. Do a right-hand High Block, grab attacker’s wrist and twist in a clockwise circle. Finish with a left-hand High Punch, left foot Roundhouse Kick.
