One-Step Sparring: both sides (described for right side attack)

21. Middle Punch
Step back with right foot into Back Stance, then do a right foot Outside-to Inside Crescent Kick to attacker’s wrist. Without setting the foot down, do a front foot Side Kick, then step down and do a left foot Turning Back Kick.

22. High Punch
Slide to the right and do a Jumping Front Snap Kick with the right foot, then a right-hand Middle Punch and a left-hand High Punch.

23. High Punch
Step back with left foot into Back Stance. Do a right foot Side Kick, then a left foot Jumping Turning Back Kick.

24. Middle Punch
Do a left foot Inside-to-Outside Crescent Kick to attacker’s wrist, right foot Jumping Roundhouse Kick to the head, right-hand Middle Punch, and left-hand High Punch.

25. Middle Punch
Do a left foot Inside-to-Outside Crescent Kick to attacker’s wrist, right foot Roundhouse Kick to the head, left foot Spin Kick to the head.
